... was, even before it was connected to the rail line, starting to sell a lot of its produce commercially, so there was less scope (and less need) to save *************ey by doing all those things ... and there was money for luxuries like canned Pineapple in the middle of winter!

How things have changed!

Anyway, next ... off to Stratford (on Avon) and London ...

... running now so one thing I will never do on the laptop is REFRESH plus I wish Geeks2U installed a restore program on the laptop as I could have recovered all the programs deleted.

The laptop cost me $90.00 to repair but I think I will get Ben Prince to fine tune the laptop when we go back to Marg's after being at Niagara Falls.

It was late when I got back Herb had left and Marg was ready for bed I made up the chesterfield for her. Sat ...

... the north shore of Lake Huron looking at campsites. As we were increasingly finding they were all expensive at 38-48 dollars a night and not that inviting. Some had really long distances to their showers, often no views from their sites, and usually little if any grass on the
individual sites. We even tried taking off down a back road off the highway but although it looked OK for a one night bush camp we had worries about being kicked out late at night if it was private property. ...
