... was pretty nackered as it was about 4 in the morning English time! So we made our way to the bus and set off for our 4 hour drive to Golden. The roads were quite bad so we had to go slow. We arrived at Alpen Rose our first final destination, - and our home for the next three months at 1.00am, or 8.00am English time. As you can imagine, we fell asleep quickly! ... Work is....alright. I don't know. It's still a bit boring. Not sure what that means yet. Banff is under total construction at the moment which is unfortunate. The whole main strip (Banff Ave.) is being ripped up to fix the water pipes and the redo the sidewalks and such to make it prettier. It's called Banff Refreshing, but not so refreshing with dust and dirt blowing around and the sound of diggers scraping away at concrete. Yeah ...

Woke up feeling a lot better than yesterday! We decided to head to Sunshine for our last day of skiing. Once again the view was spectacular! Feeling rather ambitious, we attempted a black diamond. I mean, how hard could it be once we had mastered the snow plough?! We're thinking ...

... ride. Along the way we saw a waterfall and other spectacular scenary. At night we had a nice treat and went swimming in a hot spring. On July 11th we took a tour and rode the Sulphur Mountain Gondola. From the top of the mountain we had a great view of all of Banff. At night we went back to the hot springs.
