... took us out only into the harbour and at first we could not see a great deal. The weather was sunny but it was very cold on the deck of the small fishing boat we were on. I had worn a jumper and sleeveless vest with my big cream scarf and I brought my gloves, but I only had on a light weight pair of trousers and my legs were very cold. ... Maya spent five years at the University of Washington which for me was on the bucket list. University of Washington, commonly referred to us locals as UDub, the home of the Hukies is a public research university in Seattle. Founded in 1861. UDub is one of the oldest universities on the West Coast and has one of the best medical schools in the world. We walked the grounds in the rain (rains a lot here) for some hours travelling through old buildings that smelt of history and nostalgia. ...

... Gadget Guy, found a small dog dryer at Amazon and of course purchased it. It is a pretty powerful hair dryer and gets them dryer than a towel would. So Gadget Guy strikes again and this time with something that even I can see the need for!

... Centre. We actually spent the rest of the afternoon here until they kicked us out at closing. It was full of hands on experiments and tests to do, very informative and fun. We also wet into a Michael Jackson Laser show, which was 30 minutes of his music while different coloured laser beams shone on the domed ceiling in patterns.
