    ... with no clothes on skiing, labelled our name on it! (We could try and pose naked...) The cheekiest message from Jamie (my work colleague!) on the card... 'Will miss you loads my Reception team colleague. Have a great time and try and stay alive and not marry any middle age men!!' Oi Jamie what does he mean by that!!! Cheeky bugger...Anyway I keep receiving hugs from everyone at work, wow I do feel loved, but hey I'm only going for 3 months!! I'm glad I mean a lot to them ...

    ... I wasn’t envious at all of their plans to see America. I think it is a combination of the country not exciting me too much and being really ready to come home. Jose and I got up around 11am and went for a bargain English breaky (5 quid) at a little café around the corner.     ... back to the hotel to rest up.

    Our hotel is very old and very large and we walk for miles before reaching our room. In goes the key and the door does not open, didn't I just know yesterday that this would happen! Al makes the long walk back to Reception where he speaks to the same people as yesterday and we finally get a key that works, yes we are here for two nights as we told you yesterday.

    Tomorrow the journey starts.

    ... because we could catch the train straight (with one transfer) to Paddington for only 3 pounds. Far cheaper than the services that run from Gatwick or Heathrow. The airport train station is attached to the airport, so within 10 minutes of landing we were lined up to purchase Oyster cards (similar to Go Cards in Aus) and were on the train. The trains were pretty crowded with people bound for work and there is no air-conditioning so it ...

    ... show someone something. It gives me the feeling that i hae brought something to their life. So i introduced Lydia to Bubble Tea. Now for anyone who hasn't tried it, let me be the one to introduce it to you! Go and get one, and feel free to comment back on my blog and tell me if you like it!

    Once we were home we hopped into our chicken (mine) and pig (hers) ponchos, opened a very slow YouTube and ate peanut M&Ms.
