After Warwick Castle we headed south to visit our friends Derek and Victoria Russell. We met these guys before we were married. They came out to NZ for two years around 1986 or 87 and although they returned to the UK we have stayed in touch and they have been back to NZ twice. They are our oldest friends, even if we oblky see each other at ten year intervals! We had a great time just catching up over dinner and picking up like ...

... first one on the bus but it meant that I wouldn't be forgotten. The German girl told me she realised I was missing when they got on the shuffle bus but it was too late to go back. I told her I didn't mind because I liked being independent anyway. On the way back to Bath, the bus driving pointed out the same sights in case anyone missed them on the way there. I didn't pay him any attention but are my cheese roll I had packed instead as I was starving. When we arrived, I said ...
