    ... Amazing. A trip to a lavender farm and the cathedral at St. Albans today then dinner at Cowper arms where I ate the most delicious Cajun chicken with char grilled vegetables. Paula and Gary's son Greg, his wife and daughter met us. I haven't seen Greg since he was 8 years old. Paula told me there are a few famous people in the area. The Beckhams almost bought but decided somewhere else. Ken Follett lives near by and Kim Wilde married in a local village ...
