    ... kitchen to grill our marinated pork strips and mix up a batch of sauce to go with the pork once it was cooked. Potatoes and onions were chopped and cooked down with a small amount of chorizo meat to form the base for a dish that was enjoyed by everyone.     ... a great day, the sun was shinning, the wind off the lake felt great, and it was so hot that the cold water felt amazing.     Perhaps my favorite plane trip so far! I've got to see an incredible landscape thanks to the sunny clear sky!:
    From the vast carpet of concrete of LA, to a enormous mountain chain!

    Then, just underneath us the city of Las Vegas!!... A little bit of dessert and boom! the Grand Canyon Appears! I've never had the chance to see it from above before, and it is beautiful.
