Ah, home!!!
We made it in just a few hours, no problems, no issues, just a quick drop off of Toni and her house and South Minneapolis, then it was home to my own house. Teri helped me unload the 2 weeks of road trip items, suitcases and all the junk.
It was a great road trip, but I am glad to be home!

On the Road Again
... out our old homes. They have weathered the 40 years pretty well. We spent a very pleasant afternoon with Naomi and Joe Leonici in Streamwood catching up and telling stories. Thursday night we had dinner at my Cousin Brett's. Jeanie had a delicious lasagna dinner and Sharilyn and her two boys were there also. We found out her boys were playing baseball the next two nights so we opted to take in the games. We saw a few people from the area ...

DORM CELEBRATIONS
At Madison, we would typically have small seasonal celebrations in the den, perhaps serving popcorn and lemonade. In England, their holiday dorm parties consist of renting out a club and giving the residents free drink vouchers. I'm certainly not in Kansas (or Wisconsin) anymore...
