... We headed down to the ground for the 11:30 start, sitting in the seats pretty much on the boundary line. Northampton batted first and made a decent total of 190 in their twenty overs, one of the openers batting through and getting 91 not out. I normally hate flying because I get so bored and I can't get comfy enough to sleep but I was quite surprised, we were given a blanket and a pillow and I was able to get really cosy and sat and watch films. ...

It's overdue, and will hopefully not be hastily written, but I can now catch my breath and write the final entry to my blog, precisely 144 days since my adventure began.
A relatively comfortable 19 hour bus ride away from Lima lies the northern town of Mancora. A beach getaway for Peruvians, this site has a fairly ramshackle centre neighboured by exclusive properties to the south and expensive hotels to the north. I however stayed in a budget hotel on a hill overlooking the town. ...
