I was even more grumpy when we had to wait for this stupid couple showed up to the bus 15 minutes late with coffees in hand... they obviously had time to get coffees grr!! These people continued to be late all day and held up the tour which was annoying. WAH!

I really wanted to play Texas Holdem poker but for that you really need to enter a tournament and I couldn't be bothered with all that. ... outside. It felt right that we should have our dinner here, being a new experience for us. They had a good priced buffet style, so we made most of this option. The restaurant was all Egyptian, but that was the main and only effects on show than in the rest if the hotel. It did not carry this character theme thru, so a little disappointing in that respect, After enjoying many delights to eat and getting our full fill, we left to get the metro as it was not about ...

... take the easy road or the challenging yet more rewarding road. Either way we all end up in the same place. Or something like that. Even though we're not going to complete America's most famous route, I now have a feel for it and I have a good idea what it's all about. We've done over two thousand miles purely on Route 66. There are around 400 left left but they will have to wait for another time. We're heading North to Navajo Country.
