Woke up Friday morning to cloud. With the air con on it felt like a cold grey day in the UK. However when I stepped outside at 6am it was still 30 degrees!! We both did that starting about a month before the trip, but don't really know if it made a difference or not. The hotels at elevation all did have oxygen available, and there are prescription medications that can help altitude sickness as well.
