Denis bed & pillow rating 10/10! Up at 4.15am having a cuppa & a chat ..... So goes jet lag...... Breakfast at Southern Cross then taxi to see our grand babies... And others, of course :) Ryan dropped us off to Flinders Street to catch train home to Drouin. Arrived 1.30pm. Walked in the sunshine to Albert Road. Good to be home.

... the park was very big. It suited us for what we needed. You do what you need to do and get on with it. We weren't catching up with Uncle Ray and his family until about 5 o'clock, so I took the opportunity to get the linen washed and dried. Uncle Ray Whiting was married to my Dad's sister Aunty Phyllis. I'd never been over to Melbourne while she was alive and we lost her in 2012. So I really wanted to do my best to catch up with them. I hadn't let anyone know I was coming ...

    My boyfriend and I stayed at the Travelodge and even though the rooms weren't decked with high end things, it was exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend for young couples who are on a budget :)
