When we got to Palca we were greeted by the whole community and it was so overwhelming and I had to introduce myself in spanish and I couldn't even remember how to say how old I was because I was so nervous! Route for the day - Valemount, BC to Jasper, AB and down the Icefields Parkway pass the Columbia Icefield into central Alberta through Nordegg, Rocky Mountain House, Sylvan Lake and finally stop for the night in Red Deer, Alberta.
