... The rest of the afternoon was spent on the beach - incredibly windy but still very warm. We had dinner on Ocean drive followed by a visit to the infamous Mango's - a cheesy Mexican bar where men/women in little clothing perform on the bar. ... been laughing his tits off when he said it and you will hear why in a minute. At a cost of US $41 plus tip, I had high expecations. ... break through! The Harrogate posse were about to take over South Beach)!!!!!!!! Oh dear.A storm came on the way down and guess what???? It stayed all flipping day!!!!!!!!!! Ocean Drive was quite!! Nobody playing volleyball!! Car spaces on Ocean Drive!!! Empty restaurants!!!!! Nobody on the beach!!!! Oh Brother!!!! We pulled up close to the beach and waited.
