... old fashion candy store next door, that is also part of these old historic bldgs, and then we had a quick tour of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
We had such a fun time and great visit with Gordon, Regina and the kids, and their 8 laying hens, 1 guinnea, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, in the country town of Leo.
We left Tuesday morning, and it was frosty white and cold outside, with clear blue and sunny skies. Gorgeous day to continue our trip westward!

It is apparently the second highest educational building in the world (why do AmerIcans do, that, boasting about not being first or best?) but to my eye in terms of ugliest it is a clear winner! ... and the roads are so narrow, that the large tractor-trailers can only go through the corner one at a time -- in either direction.
