... from the rooms above. Best to get an upstairs room. There were no toiletries and when we asked for soap the receptionist couldn't find any so gave us shampoo and lotion instead!! There is tea and coffee in the breakfast room with cake and fruit to snack. Wifi only works occasionally. Not good as I couldn't get online all night. Breakfast was very good with a good assortment of bread, meats and cheeses, vegetables, cereal and fruit with freshly cooked ...

We continued our travels north towards the top off Germany. We stopped at a tiny town of Warnitz. It was in the middle of a large forest on a lake. The winding lane to get there had a give way to frogs sign. We didn't see any frogs or toads to give way to. She checks my sleeping bag and it's still quite wet. She tells me to take a rest and wait a little longer. Before I know, it's actually too late to go. I know this but I don't want to be a burden. The people are well in there eighties. I decide ...

... a little and then he goes home too. It's a nice place so I decide to clean up after the guys. There's no bin tough and I burn some of their garbage in the fire they'd going. I put up camp again and just as I'm ready to get into the water a quad stops at the beach. It's the guy that send me away when I was trying to freeload a shower. I've done some cleaning up but there's still enough evidence of a party. There are bottles and other things. He's not happy ...

... for Anklam first. I'm on the other side of the forest on the B109 when all of a sudden the footpath ends again. There's no good spot to hitchhike either. A little depressed by today's setbacks, I start walking into the forest again. I put up my tent and start reading. As people walk by, I discover that I'm actually very close to a footpath. I don't really care. But an hour later, while I'm cooking, a forest ranger stops at my tent ...
