... days meatfest.
It was a lovely little house just outside of Sorocaba with a pool, football pitch (ofcourse) and lots of mango trees. It was quite nice to just walk up to it and yank a ripe mango of the tree for breakfast.
For brazilians this might be nothing special but for a pale gringo from sweden.. well :)
No surprise that most of the time was spent eating, alot. The grill was smoking non stop as the meat, sausage and chicken spits ...
... we have at home.
The weather was nice but not ovenheat sunny which made it a little more enjoyable as we strolled around the park.
When it closed we spent the evening at a slow pace as we had to get up early the next day for the ride to the airport.
2012 is coming to an end, and i got to experience my first Brazilian NYE party.
In sweden you gather at the designated party around 18.00 and maybe eat a little and drink alot.so youre fine and dandy when its time to light the explosives.
This year the eating didnt start til 23.00 and minor drinking but we did enjoy the exploding stuff atleast :D
It was a pleasant evening with some mingling and lots of laughs, heres to 2013!
Pics to come :)
... later, some shots and IV i was miles and miles better than i was when i arred to the hospital.
I no longer feel like a trainwreck but atleast im recovering well enough to maybe add something worthwhile to the blog ;)
Next up, NYE in sorocaba. and then Fortaleza!
The bus ride took us to Sorocaba which would be our base of operations for a few days.
A beautiful house inside a guared area.
Managed to stock up on some water and food before we left by car to our next stop for some business Ju had to attend.
