    Everyone at Cinnamon Lakeside were extremely professional and everything was efficient, clean smoothly run. Literally at your service with a smile I loved and totally enjoyed the experience.
    They serve a very good breakfast - alot of varieity breakfast buffet hot and cold available.

    ... you Chinese?", followed by "Are you German?". In hope of getting things done, we were slightly disappointed finding a completely deserted city. Batticoloa, an old fort site, divided by 2 lagoons with a connecting bridge and clock tower was EMPTY. Our hotel, rated highly by the lonely planet was just OK and the owner was a grumpy buggar.     ... the time gap before my return to the busy capital of Sri Lanka. The research takes me a lot of time and tests my patience. Finally I succeed to sketch a plan and decide to leave Negombo tomorrow and go to Sigiriya, a place situated in central province of the island where there is this stunning rock surrounded by gardens. A lot of people have recommended it to me so it sounds perfect. I will need to get a bus first thing at the morning. I want to stay there for a day or two ...
