    ... to our guide. His name was Melborne Rose. He would be leading our group up the falls. After a lot of 'psyching up' and a lot of noise we were taken down the trail to the beach where the falls start. There were a lot of groups but surprisingly, it never felt overcrowded as such. The Falls are huge! They go up 180 feet and are 600 feet long! And we climbed all the way up! There were photo opportunities along the way, and on the trickier parts of the trails we all linked ...

    ... until I was comfortable that they knew what they were doing! I did not let on that the stingrays were and could actually swim by at any minute (which they did do later). We spent probably the next hour have a fantastic time seeing coral, fish and all sorts. When a baby stingray did swim by there was a little panic but we were in shallow water and I was somehow left holding two kids in my arms briefly :0). It was such a shame but if you go down to to swim ...

    I was awake early again about 0400 ,so I got dressed for the gym and crept out with my laptop so I could spend a little while before 0600 gym catching up with email, tragic news about troubles in the UK and talking on MSN.
