... to the Dockyard for race week, the highlight being the Ky-Mani Marley concert - K is son of Bob Marley, so the locals were wild before he even came on! The lawn at Nelsons Dockyard was transformed into party mode, with bars and BBQ selling the usual Caribbean fayre of ribs, burgers BBQ chicken and coleslaw! Marley was fab, did all of the old Marley numbers and I was pretty glad to be there watching such an iconic show.

After a while, we got to snorkel the area. One of the guys on the tour didn't seem to get the concept that you're supposed to stay off the ground when you snorkel, and he was kicking up a lot of the seabed. I passed the dive shop, and frowned as I wasn't going to be able to dive Antigua as I didn't leave enough time between flights to allow for it. I passed an art shop and a building marked “Chandlery,” so I decided to park and look at art, since that is an indoor activity.

After a cruise of about 20 minuets we arrived, (now mind you I am not big on going smaller boats in fact I will avoid them at all costs since I get sea sick easily) this was not bad. Eck and I had seats in the top front of the boat. Of course with me in my birthday hat many knew it was my birthday, so we got the party started with music and a lot of drinking.
