    ... alongside the attractive sandy beach. Although there's a campsite near the hotel, we find ourselves in a very refined and elegant area of the resort. It is interesting to see villa after villa right on the promenade, dating from the early 1900s, well kept and restored, and without the graffiti that blights so many Spanish towns.     ... has, and it was pretty cool, I definitely took a lot of pictures. After the castle, we got some ice cream and went to the beach for a few hours. I got burned a decent amount, and could feel it on the train ride home. I got home just in time for dinner, which was delicious after all of the energy I had exerted throughout the day.

As it is such a great place to be, there are quite a few longer stay people here who from what I saw on the T.V. once, do resemble the cast of Cocoon, a bit leathery and brown, but nice people all the same... Right, that's enough of the tourist guide. Off to drink sea water, chase tennis balls and try to do something about this haircut to try and attract the Spanish ...

    ... breakfast, with a huge room, lovely bed,enormous bathroom and a balcony overlooking the marshes and mountains, must spray the room for mossys before we go to bed!     ... blasted. Had a nice cold beer overlooking the beach on the other side of the peninsula and retired to the hotel pool which was sheltered and sunny, even managed a dip in the icy cold pool.
    Last night here on the move again in the morning to Playa Flamenca so a very early 8 am start for us!
