    Bit expensive for food but got offer on for breakfast so will do that as need a good meal before we travel on yet again

    Whanganui to Wellington is an easy three hour drive. The arrangements at Wellington are not so easy for the Bluebridge Ferry. The rental car return is in another part of the port area, at the Interislander Ferry Terminal.     Yes we are in Nelson City. We are now on the South Island but on the northern tip. We came across this morning and had to be up by 6.30am to catch the ferry and give up our car at the port.     11 DecemberGet stocked up at the countdown supermarket as there won't be any big shops at Kaiteritere. Drive is only 13km.The campsite is across the road from the beach. 40 dollars a night including an electric lead. It isn't a top ten site so there is a dollar charge for the BBQs and a 50cents charge for a hot shower. Seems a bit stingy to us.
