      ... breakfast and then packed up our room (Lach had a short swim, but it was a bit cloudy and cool) and checked out. We went to another mall in Dubai, one with a ski slope inside! We didn't have enough time to go for a ski, but it was pretty cool to see (...get!). We then drove back to Abu Dhabi to get ready for our desert safari! The safari took us "dune-bashing" which involved four-wheeled drives, huge sand dunes, and lots of scary near-rolling experiences. ...

      Wow, what a day!! We drove into Dubai (hired a driver) and wow! What a place. Very busy, the middle east's Las Vegas! Glad we are staying in Abu Dahbi. We went to the world's tallest building and the world's biggest mall! The building had residential, office and a hotel. Unfortunately my ipod ran out of power so just a few pics. Dave has more. The building was pretty amazing, as are all the buildings!! The mall had 1200 stores, and nothing ...

      ... a Park which was nice! Loads of families there BBQing on little BBQs that they provide there.

      We planned to visit a souk later on but its 6pm and Pete is fast asleep on the chair as I write this - he is shattered! All these 6am starts and late nights have taken their toll!!

      Tomorrow we plan to get a bus to Dubai (Bur Dubai area) and have a wander as we havent been there before and thats where the bus station is! :)

      ... me and not the perfume. But nope, I recognised the very same smell on the girl next to me and felt nauseous the entire flight over. You would think your nose would get use to the scent just like every other perfume, but this scent has a way of cutting in at regular intervals... Anyways I have ranted on long enough.
