          ... souvenir' for each school (its customary in Japanese culture to give gifts). A few of them thought the boomerang was apart of an Australian sport! LOL: "hehhh..? supotsu?" was the response I got. I think they must have thought it had a similar function to a frisbee !

          Japanese people are just so chuffed when foreigners attempt to speak Japanese, that even something as simple as "cappucino o kudasai" ...

          ... of with rice, pickles and miso. It was quite the feast! We took an hour or so after dinner before heading out for our next bath. It wasn't as good as the place we had been to earlier in the day, with only 1 small inside bath and a small two person tub outside.           ... to see what the next courses brought. The next course was a savoury egg custard that was set around vegetables, tofu and seafood. I didn't really enjoy that dish, but Kim quite liked it. Next on the menu, was a tempura course. There were prawns, fish, green pepper and what looked like a type of squash.           We took the 12.11 JR train from Osaka to Kinasaki. The train cost £60 return and took 2.5 hours. On the train were three Japanese girls drinking beer, getting very loud and giggly and taking hundreds of selfies with their stick. It was hilarious. One thing we have noticed about Japan is that most things have started to look dated. We think it's because Japan was ahead of its time but now it definitely needs updating.
