Shoppin' shoppin shoppin shoppin DISNEY!

A travel blog entry by timandnomes

... skinny jeans from a five story high Forever 21 shop. Good times. She’ll be the coolest kid in town when she gets back to the UK.

After touring the many, many chain shops, boutiques, main streets, side streets and side streets of the side streets we exhausted ourselves out and headed back to Ebisu where we bumped into Tim’s cousins who pointed out the award winning Ramen noodles restaurant that we had to try out. Apparently the best way to find out ...

Shinjuku Gyoen National Gardens, then home

A travel blog entry by ahartry

Overcast and humid today. We started in the morning with a walk to the fish market again, this time in search of bowls for Kyla. We did find three she liked, at two different shops. Returning to the hotel, we checked email, then checked out.

All in all an interesting day. Not sure what is on the agenda for tomorrow. The forecast is not good so we'll have to play it by ear, perhaps a visit to 0Roppongi and back to Shinjuku to explore the Kabukicho ...

Ultimate Ramen

A travel blog entry by theholyoakes

... a whole new level of respect for ramen, or maybe it's just because it was our first day in this beautiful city that we've grown so fond of. Regardless, it's been an amazing ride so far, and I'm definitely going to miss the ramen here when I leave. I guess this just gives me a mission now to re-create my own version at home when I get back.

Long live ramen noodles!

Lots of love,
