    ... or single seated chair lifts half way to the top of the mountain – we chose to take the chairlift. Unlike European castles, this castle used lots of wood. We all had to take off our shoes and put on slippers to tour the inside of the castle as all of the floors were hardwood. There is one in our hotel, 2 across the street, 9 free small foot baths in the village,...     Whilst we waited for the first load of washing to finish, we sat in the lounge and Nat updated her journal whilst Chris started drawing a sketch of the beautiful kitchen/dining room.

    ... but we got a nice sunset view. Then it was time for dinner where we also met an English couple. There was also a film crew there who were very interested in us all and asked if they could interview us after dinner. The problem was, they barely spoke English! We had a mini feast of all little dishes which were yummy.
