It had rained quite heavily during the night and was still raining. There was no news to say that the train was cancelled, so we went ahead. Luckily, the carriages were covered. ... daily. The key to our survival has been making sure we stay well hydrated. The air conditioners in the tent are mediocre at best and our trapeze team graces the very hottest part of the tent, the cupola. We have a fan positioned directly above the platform, but often it feels more like a hair dryer. Chalk is our friend....lots and lots of chalk...and wrist wraps and small towels. When the name of the game is for the catcher and flyer to lock hands at the ...
