Another interesting kind-of-museum are the National Archives. They are also huge and surely interesting, but we were already quite worn out from all the sightseeing, so we concentrated only on their highlights - the original documents of the Declaration of the Independence (1776), the Constitution (1787) and the Bill of Rights (1789). All of them are displayed to the public and you can try and read them, but the ink is already almost white, so it's hard ...

I was expecting nicely manicured lawns and nice ...

... spotted one I took off to grab it before anyone else could. Apparently in my haste to reach said weigh station I completely cut off the Team USA men’s basketball team, which was also traveling through the airport. I didn’t even notice them until Dad pointed them out to me. So cool, right? We won’t discuss the fact that I somehow missed cutting off 20 massively tall guys. I don’t think this makes me rude, I think it just means I’m a ...

I was starting to master this bus thing. I jumped back on and headed back to the hotel to collect my bag. Then it was straight back on the bus again to downtown before transferring to the airport bus . By the time I got to the airport it was fair hosing down. To make matters worse, my flight was delayed 2 hours. **** biscuits !!!
