... reprogram the GPS and heard a strange buzz. Walked around the car and listened all around and inside and could not find it so started moving things in the back seat and when I picked up my back-pack it was vibrating! WHAT????? Dumped it out and it was my battery powered razor for my legs! And it was HOT! So glad I stopped, and that I searched for the problem. Would have hated to have burned up my new vehicle. Hi everyone,

I have been reluctant to write and send more pictures because - with the exception of our west coast friends - the rest of you still seem to be getting battered by winter. Didn't want to tick you all off! Will winter ever end on the prairies this year??

... We experienced 105-106 during our stay at this time in September. Janice told us that it had been 110 the week before. Thank heavens for air conditioning in the motorhome!

Picked up our daughters at the Phoenix airport and headed north after visiting with family. Unfortunately our two sons and daughter-in-law and girlfriend were not able to come at this time. Maybe next trip? I can only hope!

Here are the pics from that area.
