The sunset was another postcard type, as Lynn mentioned, and is part of why we keep coming back here. The night was quiet, interspersed by the howling of the many coyotes here. We've seen a lot of rabbits, with their "mule deer" ears, too, so I guess the natural balance may have been achieved in terms of "hunting/gathering." No real reptiles have shown yet except for the small lizards that are so common.

Afterwards, we all went out for some Putt-Putt. Noah was really good with his own lefty putter and even had a couple of hole-in-ones. He also played a few games with his dad and hit a ticket jackpot for a bunch of tickets.

The next few days were spent riding trolley buses around to get our
bearings on the surrounding area..and shopping for food while trying to source english style ingredients for our xmas lunch, I had promised to cook for the four of us..sausages, bacon and mincemeat proving the hardest to find..
