    ... then phonics, Rowans been getting himself in a right muddle bless him. The teacher called me in the other day to ask what a Z was, said as we say Z. We say Zeed they said Zeeee. So funny. She couldn't understand what he was on about. The teachers have also found it strange how the children spell in phonics.     ... we had finally got through all the immigration checks, customs, baggage claim, over sized baggage claim, a trip on the air train and the hire car centre, we were loaded up in our MASSIVE car, it finally felt like our adventure had really began.     ... looking for trouble, but that doesn’t mean it won’t find me. I believe that when the bus leaves the station with your name on it, it will find you whether you are sitting in your living room or wandering the back alleys of Borneo.     ... even busted out a "Y'all" I was quite amused. If he's like that now, what will he be saying in two years? You also cant throw a stick without finding a historic landmark or battle site there too, which for two history nerds like us is too good to be true.     ... the particular headland that San Francisco city is on is always colder then other places surrounding it but as we travelled south the fog rolled in and it didn't get any warmer. It was weird there'd be sunshine and then mist rolling across the road like little clouds. It went on like this until we got to Santa Cruz and we were beginning to wonder if we'd ever see the famous California coast views.
