After a short stay in South San Francisco to catch up with ourselves and have a day on the beach plus a massive Chinese we start the road trip down the coast. We stop on the way for BBQ supplies and are excited to cook for ...

A fairly long wait for the bus to Winchester Light Rail station, and we then caught the train to Santa Clara. We only got an icecream there, ...

... Francisco where we had a walk to the Labyrinth (a flat rock on the edge of the cliff) which took us along the coast south of the Golden Gate Bridge. We then drove over the bridge to Sausalito which is a lovely touristy place with great views back over the water to SF. We then took the coast route over the hills back to SF, which also had great views looking down to the bridge and SF, and finished with a ...

... Santa Cruz, it was was much smaller and seemed a bit less touristy. We sat on the beach for a while and enjoyed the sunshine, then had lunch at one of the places along the deck. After wandering around the town for a little while we went back to Simon and Kayla's place and got in the hot tub. It's so cool that they have a pool and hot tub in their building, the perfect California apartment :-)! In the evening we went for drinks in downtown Campbell, which was nice. It's been ...
