I started driving early morning at around 6 AM today because I had a 12 hour long drive ahead of me to reach Charlotte, NC to meet Vivek. He's a friend that I have known from Seattle and he now lives in Charlotte with his wife, Laxmi.

We also went to watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade in Charlotte, we took the light railway up to town and were delighted with the friendly service...the driver greeted everyone at each station with a 'Happy Thanksgiving'.
