        ... saw a number ocean views; then they all went away and we went inland. For some reason I had an image of Big Sur as a major beach; it is actually an inland forest state park set right in a valley with mountains all around. Some of the beaches were labeled as part of Big Sur but it was not what I had expected at all. We did go through another grove of redwoods close to Big Sur.

        ... nice place named Cibo, and had a beer at a packed bar named Bocce. I got SO relaxed and happy to see the ocean again! that was a highlight of our Sausalito Stop.
