... was negative about this hotel at all. It was off the highway (65) and I am glad I chose it! The bathroom was great and modern and lots of hot water and good pressure from the shower. I will also say that this is the place for tall guys because the shower head was so high up I could barely reach it so no one will be banging their heads. We got a great night sleep and I didn't want to leave! I wish I could travel with that hotel!

The morning I spent visiting with my Grandma and Mom while waiting for 10 am to arrive. I arrived at the hotel got my stuff situated and opened late birthday presents! Fun yoga stuff for me :) and books!
We stepped to a local Starbuck's. My first time getting food there. I'm not a big coffee person but after disguising it with cream and sugar it was tasty.
Then we hopped into the car for our hour long drive to our ...

OK, so here is what transpired today.

Got up this morning, disconnected our "home" and prepared to depart Slidell. We only had 114 miles to travel from Slidell to Mobile, AL, so figured we would be able to stop at several places in Biloxi and then make it to Mobile by 4:30 or 5. So after a tight exit from the campground we were on the road.

Since there were several bridges we were to cross, I was driving. We ...
