    Poso Guard Cabin was a real find - at 4500 feet - and beautifully located with views of the San Joaquin valley. It is located in the Sequoia National Monument area.     ... new every day. We finally drove into San Francisco, where we were able to take in a dazzling sunset while on the interstate and then made it to the hotel. We stayed in the Hampton Inn in South San Francisco and they have a very nice facility. I honestly think any place that had a bed would have worked, but they had a very comfortable leather chair for Grandpa with ottoman, and a comfy bed for me. Still, didn't sleep ...
