... downstairs dining room was small but did not seem crowded and was decorated with old pictures animal heads and memorabilia from the late 1800’s.
For our meal Michael had a Buffalo Prime Rib while Val and Jack had the special for the night, a combination Buffalo and Elk tenderloins; all of our meals were delicious, and we had a great conversation with Michael.
... and Karen had both recommended Buffalo Rose for buffalo burgers. We decided to try it. We walked in to Buffalo Rose and much to our surprise it was kind of a dive bar. We put our trust in Shirley and Karen's recommendation and sat down. Well, we both agreed that we had the best buffalo burger we have ever had. YUM!
We then went back to the RV park and saw Nola and Stuart. We all shared our experiences of the day.

... the malt that was used in milk shakes, and even produced tableware, amongst other things. The tour included samples of three beers, which was quite good, since I was not driving anywhere today! Our day was nicely rounded out with a visit to one of the biggest liquor stores I have ever seen in my life. Called 'Tipsy's, it was situated almost opposite a church, which was a bit ironic!
All in all, it was a lovely day.
