    While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement.     ... and memories that make it special. I had such a great time joking with my mom and reflecting on those awkward teenage years with my friend. This week begins my days of of appointments and goodbyes that all lead up to me leaving for Jordan. Running errands and picking up last minute items can be a little annoying, but I always like to have all of my stuff together!

    Time just seems to be flying! Now I just hope that I'm all packed and ready when it's time to go.
