    ... which of course is the 1st floor in New Zealand. There is no ground floor in the United States. It had two beds, no fridge, no wardrobe but a bracket and a pole out of the wall.     ... a mechanical delay. Fortunately, we had given ourselves a nice, cushy, 3 hour layover in ATL, so there was no problem making our Amsterdam connection.
