      Emerald Paradise

Nassau, has the best of both worlds the laid back attitude and the availability of all the big city features.

Brimming with huge resorts and expensive palace like house, this shows what money can buy; in the mist of the city(still cheaper when compared to the US).

We did want to go on a few slides/rides today but it was too crowded down that end so decided to skip that and sit by the less crowded pool instead. We lazed in the pool (beach style pool that very ...

A travel blog entry by jpearson on Apr 10, 2013

Pulled into Nassau early this morning. Though nice to see land, it feels like it's too early to be stopping! Mostly, the last two days have been spent winding our way from Tampa, around the Everglades and then into the Bahamas. It feels so wrong to be so close to Cuba, and not be stopping, but I guess if I operate under that logic, I'd never make it home! Despite the temptation of cruise-booked ...
