      ... After settling in our field, we drove in the car to Sturgis. WOW! I've been to Daytona bike week and have seen thousands of motorcycles in one area and this was just the same. Bikes of every shape, size and color. And people of every shape, size and color!! I had more fun people watching then I did looking at all the motorcycles. We bought tee shirts, pins and hats, had dinner and worked our way through the crowded streets back to our "field".

      ... about 1/2 hour there and headed back on the road. We fought wicked head winds all the way into South Dakota as we got off the interstate and took some of the secondary roads.
