      ... smoke detectors with dead batteries so once we unplugged the inter-connected alarms we were OK. Bill was next door and welcomed us back and we set about getting the Fiat off the trailer and into the garage. A few people noticed that and stopped to chat.

      And of course I needed to do some grocery shopping at Publix - where else?

      Today was our last full day in the Villages for this trip. We decided that given we are off to Thunder Bay Wednesday we better leave ourselves some contingency room for the return trip to Mississauga.
