... a good option for Shell and her hip condition. Discussing other options we decided on heading out to The Green Mill, an old jazz club that Al Capone and his cronies frequented back in the day. This was great but we got there late and the joint was packed. The mob's old escape tunnel still exists but the public can no longer have a look - it's an OH&S issue.

On our way walking to Kingston Mines we stopped at a taco joint and had the best burrito I've ever tasted, ...

We met some other college Volleyball friends of Brock's who had come from surrounding states to play in a breast cancer awareness tournament. (They were bummed that they only took 2nd place... Left Chicago and started route 66! Got some photos of the sign but it was hard cus it is on a main road! Got to the Abraham Lincoln memorial cemetery which was pretty surreal bit slept there overnight as it was quiet and no one was around! There were cyotes and wild animals around so very aware we were in mid America more ...

... when it is something new and exciting that I have not done before. I like the new, the change, the unknown. This I have come to undersatand about myself. I truly enjoy my 30's for this. I am me, and I like that. In my 20's I wassome me, some what others wanted, and some of what I thought I should be. Now I don't worry about any of that....I just do what makes me happy and block out the rest.
