We took a drive over to Sikeston to check out the "world renowned" home of the throwed rolls - Lambert's Restaurant. It's a huge building - the business has been in operation since 1942, and I had my first ever tastes of black eyed peas, sorghum molasses (on fresh, hot, "throwed" rolls, of course), and turnip greens, too! All were just ok - but my pork steak was might fine!

Well while driving down I-55 towards Memphis saw a sign that was for a restaurant called Lambert's Cafe. And that they were known as the world famous restaurant that throws rolls to their guests.
