... soup with one of the teachers from Caitlin's school at a little hut tucked away in the middle of nowhere. An older gentleman brought our food into the one room hut and cooked live fish in front of us. An experience to say the least, but all so delicious and fresh. Plus plenty of warm sake to help it all go down :)

The surest way to guarantee that you miss out on the best experiences that life has to offer is to spend all of your time chasing opportunities for bigger and better experiences.
