... distance at all. In retrospect it would have been far simpler and time effective to have gone from Tioman straight up to Kapas; then from there to the Perhentians; from there to Kota Bharu; from there to Taman Negara; and then finally back to KL from there. Isn't hindsight a wonderful thing!

... a beautiful looking island it is. It has 2 beaches back to back, like Koh Phi Phi and Railay in Thailand. It is not completely unspoilt, but about as close as you can get to unspoilt paradise.
