    ... so after a very tasty steak dinner, we settled down for an early night. The next morning, however, it was clear I wasn’t going to be let off that easily: I had recurrent tonsillitis as a child and as a result, a tonsillectomy, but it leaves my throat a little vulnerable to passing viruses!     ... for coffee and then off once more - only another 45 minutes to home!!!

    The traffic by this time had really thinned out so driving was much more pleasant.
