    ... ordered a taxi to the airport that turned up within seconds. OK, we accept we will arrive at the airport early, it can't be avoided. The cab driver was a nice enough guy, who gave us a potted history of his life and gave some interesting tales about his cab treks up to the north of Luzon. We arrived at the International terminal, he didn't seem to rip us off too much, we queued for the security, foraged for the passports....... Oh dear, they were still ...

    ... then a traditional Pinoy dish 'Veg Laing' which is tarot leaves cooked in coconut milk and served with red rice and a peanut bitter choc chip ice cream for pudding. I didn't realise it was began ice cream. It was weird but everything else was delicious. I felt stuffed when I left. It was worth it though. It was treat yourself food, not the kind of food you'd eat everyday. I was going to go for a walk and it started raining do that out paid to that. ...

    ... show tonight was different, this chap was a musical genius. He played so many instruments it was amazing, bag pipes, piano, pan pipes, flute, violin to name but a few and he. Could play them really well. And to tip it all he could sing and was rather funny as well, you could say he was a one man variety act. Brilliant. That's it for today, it's late been playing scrabble it's almost midnight and I need to be up for the trip tomorrow. ...

    ... however napping was still first on my agenda.

    After investigating with the travel agency and my reserved guesthouse for Coron Town they all advised it was safe to go and continue with my plans. Although I was still considering to delay my boat over, at heart did I want to be lying on a beach or walking up a mountain in the next few days..?
