    ... hanging on a hanger. There wasn't a new one so the lady took it off the hanger. There was a slight stain on the back collar so she said that she could lower the price. It went from 12,800 yen down to 5800 yen. As Lynne stood there, she dropped the price down to 4800 yen or about AUD$53. The Japanese don't bargain at all so it was unusual and considering Lynne had not said a word.

    ... to stay at the museum to take more photos of some "eagles" whereas the rest of us walked down to the yellow pumpkin by the beach. He could catch the bus from the museum at 4pm and there was another bus at the yellow pumpkin structure at 4.15pm.

    We made it back to the port in 15 minutes so it would obviously take a lot longed than 35 minutes to walk that same distance. Lynne reckons that we had walked at least 11,000 steps ...

    ... And also saw this lovely young couple in traditional dress in a rickshaw. For a fee you can dress in a traditional kimono and have photos taken or stroll around the city. I think quite a few Japanese tourists take up this opportunity because most of them would never own a kimono - they are horrendously expensive ($1500 to.....pick a number, any number, just make sure it's a very large one), and my guess is that there are not a lot of opportunities to wear a kimono ...
