Tomorrow should be better, but still a bit of rain. That's why I decided not to cross the mountains towards Kochi, instead I ride eastwards along the sea to Sakaide, frome where I cross a very long bridge back to the Honshu.
From there I will move slowly in to the direction of Kyushu, probably one more visit Hiroshima,to finally reach Kagoshima, from where the ferry leaves for Okinawa ...

... I was simply placed at a desk and left to my own devices. I wasn't even told that if I wanted computer access I would have to bring my own laptop and hook it into the city's system. Kayla helped remedy all my questions and her help has proven invaluable! I think the office was happy to have someone that could answer all my questions as well. When I started working in the pharmacy so many moons ago, Vicki gave me a five question a day ...

... my incense and candles. But this is my trip and as always I do what I feel is right! I couldn't go on as a henro and end up feeling like a charlatan! So my time in Kochi gave me joy and it gave me answers! I am happy with my conclusion and I am now eager to pack my bag and head towards Tosa-Seinan Park tomorrow morning. Camping is on the schedule for the next 10days or so. A top goal is cape Ashizuri-Misaki. Rough cliffs. Steep edges. I swear I shall not fall! ...
