      ... and found one that was by all reports very good. Thinking ahead, Beaver suggested he ring the intercontinental to get them to make an appointment for that afternoon. After an initial language barrier all was sorted for 3pm that afternoon. The flight was uneventful and Slugs head didn't explode so that was a great outcome.       ... That morning we all woke up still hammered ready for a long bus journey down to Hoi An. During the bus journey we stopped off at a giant stone that you could climb and see the view as we were driving along the coast all the way which was pretty spectacular.       ... of the guesthouse on Cam Nam Island (a 5 minute bike ride to the town of Hoi An) and into the heart of the action. We got a hotel with a pool, so the kids could entertain themselves why Summer lays in bed reading and watching HBO. Luckily we don't leave for Cambodia until the 24th, so Summer can relax and get all healed up.
