It was pouring when we got up in the morning, the rain turning to a light drizzle by the time we finished breakfast. We packed up our raingear and extra layers of clothing and headed to the marina for our excursion out into Prince William Sound. Again, the weather Gods were looking out for us. By the time we left the harbor at 11:30 the cloud …
By the time we finished chatting with another touring couple from Anchorage over breakfast, it was 10 am before we left Sheep Mountain Lodge. We stayed in one of the little cabins for two nights. They are set up well, with a small kitchenette, and a decent bed and sitting area. Service was good, as was the food in the restaurant, and reasonably priced. Nice lounge with affordable drink prices. Our only issue was that the Wi-fi didn't reach the cabins from the main building.
