    ... and then sent by refrigerated truck to Mack in Kent for further quality checks before being distributed to stores across the UK. It is possible to get the fruit picked, packed and into stores within 5 days which is pretty impressive!

    We had a great family holiday on our Finca in Arens de Lledo in Aragon Spain. It is now been 10 years since we bought the farm and there have been some set backs, burglaries, plants not surviving the hot summers etc. But we are still convinced that we can make it into a very nice organic farm with some eco tourism activities.
